Ryan Vasquez is currently the Treasurer of the Madera Police Officers’ Association. He has been a member of the MPOA since 2014 and joined the board in 2024. Ryan not only brings his experience as a police officer, but as a Founder of a local non-profit that supports law enforcement. His management experience and knowledge are a valued asset as a board member.
Ryan moved to the Central Valley when he was a child and has been rooted in the community ever since. Ryan comes from a family legacy of law enforcement officers and has continued the tradition by serving the community of Madera as a Police Officer.
Ryan has dedicated his career to Madera Police Department and improving the quality of life for our community. Since joining the Police Department in 2014, Ryan has held many positions. These positions including Patrol Officer, K9 Officer, Detective, Corporal, K9 Sergeant, Training sergeant, and Patrol Sergeant. He currently serves the Madera community as the Sergeant of the Madera County Regional Gang Task Force. Also known as the Special Investigation Unit.
